 Hi Dear one's Today at this moment i take time to recall the Good things which happened in my life this past year 2024 and also i would like to share how i overcame challenges and difficulties of this year. I start with a very recent one ,I am a researcher working on a project assigned by my boss and along with my own ideas. i was not getting any progress in my work, my boss is not happy with me and have give feedback that i am wasting my time and i am slow worker. my problem in that project is that i am not very sure that i  will get desired results with inputs given by boss, i was just working mechanically without analyzing the details of that project ,i was not getting proper time to study about the topic and its problems and its reported literature.in one sentence i can say i do not have very proper understanding of the exact theory behind the project and possible solutions for that, i was stuck there and i lost my hopes in life and i do not know what i do with my life.   ಜೀವನದ ಮೇಲೆ ದೊಡ್ಡ ನೋಟ ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 16, 2023 ಜೀವನವು ಎಷ್ಟು ದೊಡ್ಡದಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಅರಿತುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಅನೇಕ ಬಿರುಗಾಳಿಗಳನ್ನು ದಾಟಿದೆ, ನಾನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಸಂಬಳದ ಪ್ರಾಧ್ಯಾಪಕ/ವಿಜ್ಞಾನಿ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಯೋಚಿಸಿದೆ, ನಾನು ದೀರ್ಘಕಾಲ ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಮತ್ತು ನನ್ನ ತಾಯಿ, ಸಹೋದರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ನೇಹಿತರನ್ನು ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಯೋಚಿಸಿದೆ. ಬುದ್ಧನ ಎಂಟು ಪಟ್ಟು ಜೀವನ ನಡೆಸುವ ಆಲೋಚನೆಗಳು ನನ್ನ ಮನಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಇದ್ದವು. ಖಂಡಿತವಾಗಿ ನಾನು ಭವಿಷ್ಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಬಹಳಷ್ಟು ಕನಸುಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಅಲ್ಲ ಆದರೆ ನಾನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಬದುಕುವುದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಇದೆ.  I was pass through many storms in my life just to realize how much bigger life is, I thought of getting a high salary professor/scientist job, having a wife whom I intrested for long time and thought of caring my mother, sister and friends. Hi,there...I am writing this for an intention to share my experience,so i come to the matter. Relationship is a blessing of almighty as birth,we start our relation by birth with mother,that is actually the strongest never breaking relationship but apart from that as we grow up we make new relationships,after sometimes we got to struggle in a relationship due to a single reason of not meeting the expectations of that relationship,in certain times it is hard to be live according to expectation of our loved ones due to our own boundries which we can not cross,if we cross then we might hurt others who depend on us.so i do not go in debth of pain,suffering,worries,quarrels in a relationship but from my own experience i will give some tips..They are (1)Giving our time-most important thing in any relationship is to give our time unconditionally,why because our loved ones not really wanted money,luxuries,health policies,but they really need is your time,so have time for your loved ones(2)...

ನಾವು ಚಿಕ್ಕಂದಿನಿಂದ ಇಂದಿನ ವರೆಗೆ ಕನಸು ಕಾಣುತ್ತಲೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದವಿ , ಆ ಕನಸುಗಳು ಸಾಕಾರವಾಗದಿದ್ದಾಗ ಹಿಂದೆ ನಿರಾಶೆಗೊಂಡಿರುವೆವು, ನಮ್ಮ ಆಸೆ ಕನಸುಗಳೆಲ್ಲ ಕೊಚ್ಚಿ ಹೋದ ನಂತರ ನಾವು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಕಲಿತುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾ, ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲದರ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಪೂರ್ವಾಗ್ರಹ ಗಳನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಂಡು ಸಮಾಧಾನ ಪಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಮಾರ್ಗ ಕಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳುವೆವು. ಈ ಪೂರ್ವಾಗ್ರಹದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಉದಾಹರಣೆ ಕೊಡುವುದಾದರೆ (1) ನಾವು ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಒಬ್ಬರನ್ನು ಅತಿಯಾಗಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಕೊಂಡು, ಅವರೊಡನೆ ಮನಸ್ತಾಪ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಬಹು ನೋವಿನಿಂದ ಅವರನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡ ನಂತರದ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರನ್ನು ಅತಿಯಾಗಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಾರದು, ಹಚ್ಚಿಕೊಂಡರೆ ನೋವೆ ಶಾಶ್ವತವೆಂದು ಯಾರನ್ನು ಮಾತಾಡಿಸದೆ , ಪ್ರೀತಿ ಸದೆ ನಮಗೆ ನಾವೇ ಗೋಡೆ ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೆವೆ. ಹಿಂದೆ ನಮಗೆ ಯಾರೋ ಒಬ್ಬ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರೆ ಈಗ ಯಾರನ್ನು ನಂಬದಿರುವುದು ಅಥವಾ ಅವರ ಜೊತೆ ಪ್ರೀತಿ ಆಧರರಿಂದ ನಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳದೆ ನಾಟಕೀಯ ಸ್ನೆಹ ತೊರಿಸುವುದು . ಇವೆಲ್ಲ ನಮ್ಮ ಪೂರ್ವಾಗ್ರಹದ ಪರಿಣಾಮಗಳು .ಹಾಗಾದರೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಬದಕು ಹೇಗಿರಬೇಕು. ಚಿಂತನೆ ಹೇಗಿರಬೇಕು? ನೋಡೋಣ.. (1)ನಾವು ಜೀವನವನ್ನ ಒಂದು ದಿನಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಬಾಳ ಬೇಕು .ನಮಗೆ ಪ್ರೀತಿ ಸು ವವರು ಸಿಕ್ಕಾಗ ಮನಸ್ಫೂರ್ತಿಯಾಗಿ ಪ್ರೀತಿಸಬೇಕು, ಅವರನ್ನ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಬಯವಾಗಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳ ಭಾರ ಬರಬಾರದು.ನಿತ್ಯ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಳೆಗಾಗಿ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆ, ಆಸೆ, ಕನಸು ಇಟ್ಟುಕ...
